DERS Inventories

The DERS inventories are tools that are designed to be used independently of one another for brief observations of an individual child, multiple children, the adult or adults in a classroom, and the physical learning environment. These inventories draw on the DERS items and indicators to guide observers through an observation of one area of the classroom at a time. Devoid of scoring, these inventories are a useful tool for teachers to use for growth and improvement between DERS observations.
